HOLMBY HILLS, CALIFORNIA (Pool House)
Lauren worked with Oscar Shamamian and Andrew Oyen to create this cozy pool house from ground up. The pool house is comprised of a living room, changing room, steam room, large gym, and full kitchen.
Lauren chose an unfinished mahogany with mosaic floors and hand-painted linen wall coverings to give a casual but elegant spa feeling.Adjacent to the pool house stands a large swimming pool and spa, which is landscaped to feel like a separate room. The exterior includes an outdoor terrace and dining area. It also has a built-in barbeque area, complete with a pizza oven.
